Wir machen unseren Schinken heute noch genauso, wie er schon vor vier Generationen in unserer Familie hergestellt wurde, von Hand, mit Tannenrauch und ohne Zucker. 

Nur eins hat sich geändert, wir benutzen heute etwas weniger Salz als früher notwendig war, um einen Schinken lange ohne Kühlung aufbewahren zu können.

I looked a long time for a quality looking set for a budget price. I'm thankful that this is an option for the price range. Especially if you are on a budget, this is a good option. So I was very worried about touching the knife at all because I was worried about scratching or damaging the knives themselves. The knives themselves, though, I wasn't too worried about. They were the exact style I was looking for minus the color. I was looked for a more black or black-wash stainless steel like the ones I have now. I returned it the next day so I didn't try it out or take pictures. In the future, though, I'm now more willing to pay more for better quality.
